Cancellation Policy for #OBTS v8

[ Conference Tickets ]

You may request a full refund for a #OBTS conference ticket (minus any processing fees) up to one month before the event. 
Specifically, refund requests must be made by September 12th, 2025 to be eligible. After this date, no refunds will be issued.

[ Hotel Rooms ]

To cancel your hotel booking please directly contact the hotel. And please note, their cancellation policy applies.
